All UNUSED and UNOPENED products purchased through https://www.terpsbrand.com may be returned for a full refund within five (5) days following the date of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged
Conditions for Return
You may return an unused product purchased at https://www.terpsbrand.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:
*You include all original packaging in a like new condition, *All items must be free of any resin and or cannabis residue, *You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition, *You include the product in undamaged, unused like new condition, and *You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at https://www.terpsbrand.com within the above stated return period.
*Any items deemed as used will result in no refund and no return in product*
How to Return your Product
To initiate your return, please follow the below procedure:
*Contact TEPRS Customer Support at sales@terpsbrand.com. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for the item. The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Return.” The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase. *Ship the package at your local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.
Refund Timing
TERPS will strive to issue a refund in the manner of original purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused, returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. TERPS Brand reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.
