Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

At TERPS, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from TERPS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours. We recommend monitoring your tracking to ensure a secure delivery.

3. Product Legality & Compliance

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered from TERPS are legal in their specific state or locality. We comply with all applicable regulations regarding the sale of our botanical products. By purchasing from TERPS, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase these products in your jurisdiction and that they are permitted for delivery to your address.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TERPS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

TERPS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For your protection, we recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging immediately upon arrival to assist with your carrier claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If a package is returned to TERPS due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
